We offer direct gigabit-class connections to two IX locations, JPNAP OSAKA and NSPIXP-3 (OSAKA). We are also directly paired with multiple leading ISPs.

4. Strong Seismic Protection

Our NTT building is robust, constructed to withstand earthquakes measuring up to 7 on the Japanese seismic intensity scale. Power supply was uninterrupted even during the Great Hanshin Earthquake, attesting to the building’s reliability.

5. Non-Stop Electric Power System

We have systems in place to prevent large-scale power and equipment outages, including electrical utility grid redundancy, an uninterruptible power supply and private electric generator.

6. Robust Security

Our robust security system is a multifaceted combination of IC cards, biometrics and other authentication methods. Also, all doors are designed to prevent unauthorized entrance.

7. Environmental Monitoring System

Real-time monitoring of electric current values and temperatures provide appropriate and optimally efficient air conditioning control. The monitoring and measurement of currents and temperatures inside client racks are also available.

Specialized staff having extensive experience and sophisticated technical expertise monitor operational and connectivity conditions 24/7 throughout the year to support businesses where stoppage is not an option.

9. Fire Prevention Measures

Our fire control equipment includes the use of nitrogen gas (N2 gas) to prevent equipment from damage even in the unlikely event of a fire.
